Learn Tibetan
meditation Shiné* in this course
Shiné meditation, also known as Shamatha, is the practice of calm abiding — a method for training and stabilizing the restless mind.

Through practice, you gradually become less controlled by thoughts, emotions, and habitual reactions. Instead of being carried away by stress or distraction, you learn to remain more stable, clear, and present.

Shiné trains the mind to rest steadily on a single object without distraction. It is a foundational practice that develops the stability and clarity needed for deeper meditation and other forms of spiritual practice.
