Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to online courses and online retreats sold by MINDCHECKUP INC under the Rigpa Awareness Academy name. It does not apply to in-person events, travel, accommodation, or pilgrimages.
1. Full refund within 14 days
We offer a full refund of the amount paid for a program if you submit your request within 14 calendar days after:
Creating an empty account, receiving a receipt, or joining an administrative group does not by itself begin the refund period. Choosing to watch later does not postpone the recorded-course access date. Missing the first live session does not postpone the live-program start date.
You may request cancellation and a full refund before the relevant access or live-program start date. Watching lessons or attending sessions within the refund period does not make you ineligible. No payment-processing fee is deducted from a full refund under this policy.
2. How to request a refund

The date you send your request determines whether it is within the refund period; our response time does not shorten your eligibility.
3. Processing and payment method
We initiate eligible refunds within 5 business days after receiving your request. For this policy, business days are Monday through Friday, excluding United States federal holidays. Where necessary, we may ask for reasonable information to locate or verify your purchase without unnecessarily delaying the refund.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method, unless that is technically impossible or another lawful method is agreed with you. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund; that timing is separate from our processing period. We will confirm initiation by email.
After a full refund, access to the refunded program, recordings, materials, and associated participant groups ends. You must stop using and delete downloaded copies of the refunded materials, subject to any overriding legal entitlement.
4. After the voluntary refund period
After the period described above, a change-of-mind refund is not normally available. This does not limit any statutory withdrawal right or remedy for non-delivery, defective content, material misdescription, or other breach of contract. Contact us if there is a problem with what you purchased.
5. Cancellation or material changes by us
If we cancel a program before it begins, we issue a full refund. If we materially postpone a program or materially change an advertised essential feature, you may decline the change and request a refund of the affected purchase.
If a program is interrupted after it starts and the missing service cannot reasonably be provided or replaced, we refund the undelivered portion. If the interruption substantially defeats the purpose of the purchase, we provide a full refund. Credits or transfers to another program require your agreement.
6. Statutory rights, including EU/EEA rights where applicable
This is a voluntary commercial refund policy in addition to rights required by law. It does not replace or shorten those rights. Where EU/EEA withdrawal rules apply, consumers generally have a separate 14-day statutory withdrawal period beginning when the contract is concluded, subject to applicable legal exceptions and extensions.
You may exercise any applicable statutory right before access or a live program begins. We do not treat acceptance of these Terms, opening an account, viewing a recording, or attending a session as a blanket waiver of that right. Our voluntary full-refund promise remains available according to Section 1 regardless of any statutory digital-content exception.
You may notify us at info@rigpa.space or use any additional withdrawal method required by applicable law. A clear statement of your decision is sufficient; the optional form below is not mandatory. Statutory refunds are handled within the applicable legal deadline.
