What is Tantra?
Tantra is one of the three complete paths to enlightenment in Bön and Buddhism, using special methods to transform the body, speech (energy), and mind. Tantra includes many advanced practices, such as Tummo, Tsa Lung (working with the channels and winds),
and other methods of inner yoga.

“If we can transform the five poisons of the mind into the five primordial wisdoms, everything else will come much more easily.”

Khenpo Arta Lama Rinpoche
Dzogchen Master of the Bön Tradition and Founder of Dzogchen Yongtse Ling Center
What Will You Learn in the Course?
In this course, we will explore the foundations of the Tantric path: its view, logic, core principles, and key concepts—without which it is difficult to truly understand more advanced practices.

If you plan to study Tummo, Tsa Lung, and other Tantric methods, this course will give you a foundation you can return to again and again.
  • 10 sections
  • 9 weeks
  • 50 lessons
Advanced practices are based on the Tantric view, empowerments, samaya, the stages of generation and completion, and work with the deity, channels, winds, and tigle.

Without this foundation, you may know the technique, but not fully understand what you are doing in Tantric practice, why you are doing it, or the symbolism behind it.
What Will You Gain from
This Course?
  • A Complete Understanding of the Tantric Path
